Until now, the two components of Basic Leader Training for Cub Scout leaders have been New Leader Essentials (an overview of the scouting program for all new Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venture leaders) and Cub Scout Leader Specific Training. New Leader Essentials has now been replaced by “This Is Scouting.” This new orientation course is available in the BSA Online Learning Center. |
