Attention Eagle Scouts

Have you done all there is to do at the troop level? Are you ready to step up to the next level?

Then it is time to join the District Staff Venture crew. Be a part of the excitement and give back what you have been given all at the same time.

If you are an Eagle Scout or just turned 18 and still wants to enjoy Scouting then this is for you.

Even if you are still a very big part of your troop and want more out of Scouting. You can do both.

Become a member of the Staff Venture Crew and help run all the great CLT District Events, both Cub Scout and Boy Scout events, year round.

Help with the planning, preparation, judging, set up, and be a part of all the fun from the other side of Scouting.

We will be finishing past events, preparing today's events and planning for future events all at the same time.

 Ever thought " Gee I wish we could have done this? " Well now you can,

We will be meeting twice a month to prepare for all the events. If you can't make all of them, that is all right there are plenty more

Join us and be a part of the Future of this Great District, Chief Lenape Trails Rocks!!!!!!!

Identify & develop a plan to support and promote our council activities, such as:

• Boy Scout Summer Camp, Cub Scout Resident Camp
• Shooting Sports Week Ends, Haunted Trail
• Color Hike, Council Camporees, Cub Fun Day, Philmont
• National Jamboree, Ect.

All prospective Merit Badge Counselors must:

·         be registered with the Council and have passed their background check,

·         complete “Youth Protection Training”

·         complete and submit for approval the “Merit Badge Counselor Information” form,

·         be approved to counsel the Merit Badge and

·         be added to the “Merit Badge Counselor List.”

CLT District has an wide variety of inventory that your unit can borrow.  Please download the attached form to see a complete list and how to borrow anything you may need.

We must have at least 7 days prior notice to borrow any equipment.

Each month the Chief Lenape Trails District will put a "Spotlight" on one or more units in our district on our district website under the menu heading of "Unit Spotlight". If your unit is interested in having their unit featured on our website, please read the guidelines below and contact the CLT Webmaster if you have any questions.

The BSA National Council announced that as of August 1st, 2010 the only Eagle Scout Rank application that will be accepted (or even reviewed at our Scout office) is the 2010 application.
