District Award of Merit and Outstanding Unit Leader Nomination forms are available for download/printing by clicking on the names above or by visiting our "Documents" Menu Item listed on our main page! These forms will also be available at the December, January and February Roundtable Meetings!!

Join us at the Milan Activity Center for fellowship dinner, dessert, Annual District Awards Festivities and fun!! All of this for only $15.00 per person!!
