Accommodations – There will be Staff Campsites Available in Two Locations. For Tents they will be in Brookfest Campground, unless you are with Cub Family Camping. If you have a RV such as a Pop-up, Trailer, or Motor Home then you will be Camping in the Cub Family Camp Staff Area in Brooklyn Highway Campground. Please indicate your Camping Selections during the Registration Process. There is also an option to stay with someone else, with your unit, or none at all.
Arrival Time – We would like to know when you plan to arrive so we can coordinate your arrival with the rest of the staff.
Camporee Role – Please indicate your roles with the Camporee Staff. This will be used to help locate you in case of an emergency, for registration purposes, and a few other surprises.
Meals – There will be Seven (7) meals available at the Camporee. Six (6) of them are available for STAFF by pre-purchase only. Saturday Lunch will only be available for purchase from the Vendors. The STAFF Meals are selected during registration. If you are NOT eating with STAFF please indicate it.
Payment – Easiest is to Pay Online at Time of Purchase. Or you may print the Sheet and send the Money to the Scout Office.
Radio Control Car Races – We have reserved special times for Staff to race the RC Cars.
