Position	Adult Program Chair
Description	Recruit skilled personnel in the area of Adult Program. Develop the general program: list of events, schedule, and locations; provide details to participation and publicity teams. Program Features: Develop list of desired subjects and recognition plan. Provide Events: Develop list of events, details and materials, recruit observers and instructors, conduct contests, and arrange presentation of awards.
Experiences	I was in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts in late 50's early 60's as a youth. I have been involved with Cubs Scouts and Boy Scouts with my son. Assistant Scout Master and Scoutmaster (Land of Lakes Council and Teetonkah Trails District). Unit Commissioner (teetonkah Trails District / Chief Lenape Trails District) Currently Assistant District Commissioner (Chief Lenape Trails)
Why?	I enjoy the outdoors, doing camporees gives the chance of meeting other scouters from different areas. Mainly to help bring a good program to the Scouts and Adults for a remembered experience to take with them. Like it is said: Its for the Youth
