Position	Boy Scout Program Chair
Description	Recruit skilled personnel in the area of Boy Scout Program. Develop the general program: list of events, schedule, and locations; provide details to participation and publicity teams. Develop list of desired subjects and recognition plan. Develop list of events, details and materials, recruit observers and instructors, conduct contests, and arrange presentation of awards.
