Position	Camporee Chair
Description	One of my duties for the Camporee is to select and recruit the best people for the project team chairs. Also to help project team chairs to recruit project teams when needed. I also preside over all task force meetings and follow up with the Vice-Chair to see all items on work schedule are completed. I am the overall planning coordinator for the Camporee. At the event itself the Vice Chair will be in charge of the weekend operation and I will provide backup. And after the event I will properly recognize everyone that helped make this Camporee a success.

Why?	I really enjoy bringing a great staff together to plan these bigger events. The interaction of everybody learning new things about themselves and scouting really gives me a great sense of accomplishment. And if you didn't know, the outdoor program is my favorite.
