Position	Venturing Liaison
Description	Recruit skilled Adult Advisors in the area of Venturing Program. Allow the Adult Advisors to work with a group of Venturing Youth to develop the general program: list of events, schedule, and locations; provide details to participation and publicity teams. Program Features: Allow the Adult Advisors to work with a group of Venturing Youth to develop list of desired subjects and recognition plan. Provide Events: Allow the Adult Advisors to work with a group of Venturing Youth to develop list of events, details and materials, recruit observers and instructors, conduct contests, and arrange presentation of awards.

Why?	I have joined the Camporee 2007 Committee to facilitate our Venturers being part of the planning of their own activities which is what Venturing is all about.
